Booking Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation: - All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. - A confirmed booking will be issued upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified.

Payment: - Full payment or a deposit is required to secure a booking. - Accepted payment methods and any applicable payment deadlines should be clearly stated. - A security deposit of £100 will be taken by card or bank transfer and refunded within 14 days after checkout, subject to any deductions for damages or breach of terms.
3. Check-In and Check-Out: - Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. - Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. - Requests for early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Smoking, Drugs, and Parties: - Smoking, drug use, and parties are strictly prohibited on the premises. - Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the stay, attendance of the security team (rechargeable to the guest), and deductions from the security deposit.
5. Security Monitoring: - The property is monitored remotely by a security team (Stay Guardians Ltd) to ensure the safety and well-being of guests. - Any breach of booking terms may lead to the attendance of the security team, with associated costs charged to the guest and deducted from the security deposit.
6. Guest Responsibilities: - Guests are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking. - The property and its contents should be treated with care, and any damages caused by guests may result in additional charges.
7. Property Rules and Regulations: - Guests are expected to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the property owner or management. - Failure to comply with property rules may lead to penalties, including the termination of the stay and charges deducted from the security deposit.
8. Liability: - The property owner or management shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the guest's stay. - Guests are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
9. Force Majeure: - In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.), both parties may be released from their obligations without liability.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: - Any disputes arising from the booking and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
